Criggin Cottage Access Statement
The
cottage
is
not
accessible
by
public
transport.
Nearest
Stations
are
Knighton
(4
miles)
or
Knucklas (2 miles).
Vehicular
access:
Drop
off
and
unloading
immediately
outside.
We
then
ask
you
to
park
your
car at the bottom of the drive.
The front door is accessed via a step through the private patio.
The back door is gives onto the rear terrace via a step.
There is no wheelchair access to the cottage.
The ground floor is open plan with a continuous slate floor with good light levels throughout.
Upstairs is accessed by a wooden staircase with handrails and divides for each bedroom.
A
small
carpeted
landing
gives
access
to
the
carpeted
bedrooms
and
vinyl
flooring
in
the
en-
suites.
The
king
size
double
bed
in
bedroom
1
can
be
accessed
on
both
sides
and
has
both
feather
and
non-feather
pillows
and
duvets
with
cotton
covers
and
sheets.
The
en-suite
contains
a
power shower and rigid screen. A non-slip shower mat is supplied. WC and sink.
The
twin
room
has
two
single
beds
accessed
from
the
middle
of
the
room.
Both
beds
have
both
feather
and
non-feather
pillows
and
duvets
with
cotton
covers
and
sheets.
The
en-suite
wet room contains a power shower, non-slip floor. WC and sink.
The
property
has
no
telephone
landline,
but
has
mobile
coverage
with
Orange.
Wifi
internet
access is available free on request in the owners’ conservatory.
The
cottage
is
heated
with
underfloor
heating
and
a
woodburning
stove
downstairs.
Electric
heating upstairs including heated towel rails in en-suites.
The front patio has a gate and is fenced with access to the lawn beyond.
The back terrace opens on to the sunken garden.
There are two garden tables, two benches, loungers and a sunshade.
